The Consumer Protection Law guarantees every customer the right to return or exchange purchased goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is new, in full комплектation, with undamaged packaging and all original labels preserved.
Return Conditions
- Period: 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition of the item: new, without signs of use, and in full комплектation.
- Packaging: original, with all seals, tags, and markings intact.
- Комплектation: the item must be returned with all included accessories, including any gifts that came with the purchase.
- Electronics: for smartphones, laptops, and tablets, please unlink your account and disable all locks (password, fingerprint, etc.) before returning.
The item must undergo inspection in our service center. This procedure is carried out even if the device:
- Is undamaged.
- Is fully комплектed.
- Has all required labels and markings.
If the device is not functioning, its return or exchange is possible only if the service center concludes that it was used according to the rules and the malfunction was not caused by improper use.
Refunds are processed within 1–3 days from the moment the service center issues its conclusion.
