Every product from our catalog is serviced provided that the operating rules specified in the technical passport are followed.
In general, service at specialized centers is provided if:
- The equipment was stored properly by the customer.
- Installation was carried out by specialists or strictly according to the instructions.
- Operating rules were fully observed.

Warranty does not apply
The main cases not covered by the warranty include:
- Violation of operating rules specified in the technical passport.
- Incorrect installation performed by non-professionals.
- Natural wear and tear of the product.
- Failure to comply with storage or transportation conditions by the customer.
- Signs of unauthorized opening or repair of the device.
- Visible mechanical damage caused by careless handling.
- Incorrectly filled warranty service card.
- Device failure caused by improper connection to the power grid or voltage surges.
